Ultrafast Spectroscopy

Novel ultrafast tools are our sharp "eyes". We have developed advanced ultrafast photocurrent spectroscopies to watch the carrier motion in-situ devices when devices are at work. Those devices include solar cells, photodetectors, transistors, and in novel nanostructured materials such as 1D, 2D, and 3D quantum confinement materials, and beyond.
